Footnote - This site was originally created during the pandemic years, when we had a lot of time on our hands. The previous General Manager was causing great damage to our Community. We got him to resign. It is taking much time to heal from the devastation he created physically, financially and mentally. Hopefully one day we will return to the good position we had, before he arrived on the scene, wreaking havoc for 7 years with his team of followers, some still holding power positions. We need your help to bring true unity, fairness, honesty, transparency and most of all, fiscal responsibility back to our Community.

Our goal is to apprise homeowners of key issues, filling in the details they may not get from other sources.
We aim for a fair and equitable HOA.
We are in alliance with the AZ HOMEOWNERS COALITION, which is the voice at the AZ State Capital protecting HOA Homeowners rights.
