Beauty is in the eye of the...DISRUPTERS ?

We found this description in a book on CAI's (The Community Associations Institute) website on how to deal with 'DISRUPTORS' and "handy phrases" to use - well, interesting.
Our Community had converted to the CAI's management principles during the previous General Manager years and continues to be followed and acknowledged by our Board of Directors. (That is something that needs to change. We do not need to be a lawyer-driven CAI HOA. The Board does not need their tainted training and 'brainwashing' techniques to learn how to control you, the Homeowner.)
We looked for and found this description of CAI terms, because we hear rumblings, and questioning if CAI's influence is beneficial or destructive in an attempt to control HOA Communities.
We've been conditioned our whole lives to fact-check, gather information, evaluate both sides and form our own opinions and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt.
Perhaps... CAI is well-meaning in its business structuring, but suggesting and employing these not so well-meaning tips to Board members, to label Residents as 'DISRUPTIVE' and difficult people, seems downright' disruptive' and counter-productive to us.
We'll let you form your own opinion on that... but we have decided we don't need this type of presence from the CAI in our community any longer...
